摘 要:线性低压差稳压电路(Low Dropout Regulator,LDO)是一种低功耗、低噪声且高电源抑制比的新一代集成电路稳压器,实现降压功能,得到输出电压VDD给芯片各个模块供电。一般的线性低压差稳压电路是由输入产生一个稳定的电压给系统其它模块供电,满足用户的要求。但是随着集成电路的发展,以及应用的不同,降低功耗和提高转换效率已经成了一个备受关切的问题。因而存在对负载供电方式的线性低压差稳压电路的需求。电源芯片工作中也会遇到很多情况,比如欠压、过压、过温等恶劣情况。这种情况下如果让芯片继续工作会损坏芯片内部结构,降低芯片工作效率。传统LDO电路会停止工作,等到恶劣情况解除重新上电工作。提出的浮动输出LDO电路能够得到浮动的输出电压,既保护了芯片正常工作,也提高了效率。所以基于负载供电的浮动输出LDO电路不仅能够提高电源转换效率,而且在不同模式下都可以让芯片工作得更高效、节能。The linear Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) is a new generation of integrated circuit voltage regulators with low power, low noise and high power supply rejection ratio, enabling buck output to get the output voltage VDD to power each module. The general linear low dropout voltage regulator circuit is generated by the input to supply a stable voltage to the other modules of the system to meet the user's requirements. However, with the development of integrated circuits, and according to different applications, reducing power consumption and increasing conversion efficiency has become a concern. And thus there is a need for a linear low dropout voltage regulator circuitfor to a load power supply line. Power chip at work will encounter a lot of situations, such as under-voltage, overvoltage, over temperature and other harsh conditions. In this case, if the chip continues to work will damage the internal structure of the chip, reducing chip efficiency. Traditional LDO circuits will stop working and wait until bad conditions are relieved. This paper presents a floating output LDO circuit that can get a floating output voltage that protects the chip from normal operation and improves efficiency. So the load-based floating output LDO circuit can not only improve the power conversion efficiency, but also can make the chip work more efficient and energy-saving in different modes.
