摘　　要：目的探讨药品检验实验室风险管理的实施方案。方法通过分析实验室的潜在风险,进行风险分级和评估,采取必要的风险预防或风险处置手段。结果实验室应从"人、机、料、法、环、测"等技术要素分析和评估自身的潜在风险并进行控制。结论风险管理不是独立的管理手段,必须有效地融入整体管理体系中并有效的运行。OBJECTIVE To discuss the implementation of risk management of drug analytical laboratories. METHODS The potential risk of laboratory was analyzed and graded,and necessary means of risk prevention or risk management were implemented.RESULTS The laboratory should analyzed and evaluated its own potential risks from the technological factors such as ＂Man、Machine、Material、Methods、Measurement、Environment＂,and made it under control. CONCLUSION The risk management is not a independent management tool,which must be effectively integrated into the management system and be effective operation.
