摘 要:本研究通过调查已完成预科学习的临床医学专业本科来华留学生在其专业学习过程中汉语的使用情况,发现汉语预科教育对学生后期专业学习的语言需求满足度较低。学生使用汉语进行医学学习仍然存在较大的困难,特别是学术语境中的听力、阅读、书写能力都有待提高。汉语预科教育的根本目的是为了满足学生进入专业学习的语言需求,不仅包括通用汉语教学,也包括专用汉语教学。汉语预科教育应当适当增加专用汉语课时量,加强专用汉语语言要素研究,建立健全评测体系,以提高学生使用汉语进行专业学习的能力。This study surveyed international undergraduates, who have completed Chinese preparatory education, about their Chinese language usages in academic learning of medicine. The results indicated that Chinese preparatory education could not fully satisfy language need of students' academic learning, which language difficulties still exist in. Especially, students' Chinese listening, reading and writing skills in academic context need to be improved. The purpose of Chinese preparatory education, including teaching of general Chi- nese as well as Chinese for specific purposes, is to satisfy language need of students' academic learning. With this purpose, it needs to increase teaching hours and to enhance language element researches in teaching of Chinese for specific purposes, to set up and to perfect evaluation system for Chinese preparatory education.
