中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法 106例胃溃疡患者,随机分成中西医结合组和西医组,各53例。中西医结合组采用西药奥美拉唑、硫糖铝联合中药自拟溃疡散冲剂治疗,西医组采用西医奥美拉唑、硫糖铝治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗8周后,中西医结合组与西医组总有效率分别为94.34%和77.36%,中西医结合组总有效率明显高于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6个月后,中西医结合组与西医组复发率分别为5.66%和22.64%,中西医结合组复发率明显低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡能快速促进溃疡的愈合,且复发率降低明显,值得推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 106 gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group,with 53 cases in each group.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated with western medicine omeprazole and sucralfate combined with traditional Chinese medicine self-made ulcer powder,and the western medicine group was treated with western medicine omeprazole and sucralfate.Therapeutic effect was compared in two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group had total effective rate respectively as 94.34% and 77.36%.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group had obviously higher total effective rate than the western medicine group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After 6 months of treatment,the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group had recurrence rate respectively as 5.66% and 22.64%.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group had obviously lower recurrence rate than the western medicine group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For treatment of peptic ulcer,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can accelerate the healing of ulcer,and reduce the recurrence rate obviously.So it is worthy of popularization and application.
