自拟滑胎补肾Ⅲ号膏方治疗抗心磷脂阳性所致复发性流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨滑胎补肾膏治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性导致复发性流产的临床效果。方法:选取2013年7月—2016年3月我院收治的86例抗心磷脂抗体阳性的复发性流产患者,随机均分为两组,一组给予中药滑胎补肾Ⅲ号方保胎治疗,称为中药组;另一组给予小剂量阿司匹林、强的松及低分子肝素治疗,称为西药组。结果:中药治疗组患者抗体清除总有效率为72.09%(31/43),其中显效率为41.86%(18/43),有效率为30.32%(13/43);高于西药治疗组的总有效率65.11%(28/43),其中显效率为37.21%(16/43),有效率为27.91%(12/43)。结论:滑胎补肾Ⅲ号方使ACA下降甚至转阴,改善妊娠结局的临床疗效显著。Objective ： To investigate the clinical observation of Self-made Huatai Bushen Decoction in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by positive anticardiolipin antibody. Methods ： 86 cases of recurrent abortion were selected from July 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, one group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ftuatai Bushen Ⅲ Decoction, known as the Chinese medicine group ; another group was given a small dose of aspirin and prednisone, known as the Western medicine group. Results ： Total effective rate of antibody clearance in the Chinese medicine group was 72.09% （ 31/43 ）, the excellence rate was 41.86% （ 18/43 ）, effective rate was 30.32% （ 13/43 ）; higher than the total effective rate in the Western medicine group 65.11% （ 28/43 ）, the excellence rate of 37.21% （ 16/43 ）, effective rate was 27.91% （ 12/43 ）. Conclusion： Huatai Bushen Ⅲ Decoction can make ACA decreased or even negative, clinical efficacy on improving pregnancy outcomes is remarkable.
