基于meta分析益气健脾法治疗结直肠癌研究

摘　　要：目的:研究主要比较健脾益气法联合化疗与单纯使用化疗法给结直肠癌患者的临床疗效及化疗副作用及生活质量方面带来的影响。方法:分别在Pubmed、中国知网数据库、万方数据库、重庆维普数据库、学术报告、会议论文、硕士博士毕业论文等数据库中检索2009—2016年间运用了中医健脾益气法联合化疗方案并对比单纯化疗方案治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效、化疗毒副作用、生活质量方面的影响,并且运用了随机对照试验研究的国内外文献,然后采用Rev Man5.3软件对搜集的文献进行质量的评价、统计分析筛选。结果:在这些随机对照文献中筛选出符合本研究的文献共7篇,研究对象总共409例,其中包括健脾法联合化疗治疗结直肠癌的治疗组共218例,单纯化疗组191例。结果:本次meta分析结果表明在临床疗效及化疗副作用方面,两组结果差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论:健脾益气法联合化疗可以明显改善患者的临床症状,减少结直肠癌患者化疗后的不良反应,缓解化疗及疾病所带来的痛苦,从而提高患者生活质量。Objective ： To compare clinical effect, side effects, and quality of life of tonifying Qi and fortifying spleen method combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods： Retrieval the papers from 2009 to 2016 in Pubmed, CNKI database, WanFang database, ChongQing VIP database and so on, which used the traditional Chinese medicine tonifying Qi and fortifying spleen method combined with chemotherapy and compared with chemotherapy about the clinical curative effect, chemotherapy toxicity, the quality of life in the treatment of colorectal cancer, and used randomized controlled trials in the literature at home and abroad. Then using RevManS.3 software to evaluating the quality of literature, collecting, analysing and screening. Results ： A total of 7 articles were included in these randomized controlled literature, a total of 409 patients were included, there are 218 cases of treatment group which were treated by tonifying Qi and fortifying spleen method combined with chemotherapy, and control group had 191 cases which only theated by chemotherapy. The meta analysis showed that the difference between the two groups about the clinical efficacy and side effects of chemotherapy was significant （P〈0.00001）. Conclusion：Tonifying Qi and fortifying spleen method combined with chemotherapy can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, reduce the adverse reactions after chemotherapy, alleviate the pain caused by chemotherapy and disease, so as to improve the quality of life of colorectal cancer patients.
