刃针配合电针治疗臀上皮神经炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨刃针配合电针治疗臀上皮神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将2014—2016年广东省中医院传统疗法科60例典型臀上皮神经炎患者随机平均分成治疗组30例及对照组30例,对照组采用电针治疗,每周治疗3次,治疗组在此基础上加上每周1次刃针治疗,所提供的治疗每周1次,3次为1个疗程,两组均治疗3周即1个疗程后将疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组及对照组治疗前VAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用刃针配合电针治疗臀上皮神经炎的疗效明显,临床值得推广。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of edge needle therapy on buttock epithelial neuritis. Methods： Sixty carotid buttock epithelial neuritis syndrome cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Electroacupuneture treatment were applied in both groups. Additionally, edge needle treatment were applied in observation group at each week after entering the group, one treatment for a course and three courses in total. Results ： Each groups＇ syndrom alleviation rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 73.3% in control group. There were significant differences before and after treatment on both groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It＇s suggesting that edge needle therapy combine with electroacupuncture treatment is an effective method for treating buttock epithelial neuritis.
