校企合作创建校外实习基地新模式与新思路——以东北农业大学与九三集团校企合作为例

摘　　要：校外实习基地是高等学校实践教学的重要平台,是提高大学生实践能力、推进高等学校专业建设及满足企业选拔人才的有效措施。探讨了校企合作创建创新校外实习基地的实践教学内容、运作能力和各项保障措施,创立了校外实习基地实习生培养新模式。The practice base is an important platform for practical teaching in colleges and universities.It is an effective measure to improve the practical ability of college students,to promote the construction of colleges and universities and to meet the talents of enterprises.This paper discusses the practice teaching content,operation ability and various safeguard measures of the school and enterprise cooperation creation and innovation practice base,and creates a new mode of cultivating interns in the practice base.
