摘　　要：一系列国家战略的实施和新经济蓬勃发展对高等工程教育人才培养提出了新要求,迫切要求深化人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量。文章围绕人才培养模式改革这一核心,采用理论分析的方法,梳理了我国"十二五"时期高等工程教育改革路径,分析总结了需求导向、合作培养、学科交叉、质量保障等人才培养模式新特征,为高等工程教育人才培养模式改革提供了参考。Both national strategies and New-Economy＇s boomingurgently request that Higher Engineering Education Talent-Cultivationdeeply reforms Talent-Cultivation Mode and improves quality.Focus on Talent-Cultivation Mode reform.This papertheoretically combs the path of Higher Engineering Education reform during the period of ＂12 h Five-Year＂in China,analyses the new characteristics of TalentCultivation Mode,such as Demand Oriented,Cooperative training,Discipline Crossing and Integration,Quality Assurance,etc.and offers reference for Higher Engineering Education Talent-Cultivation Mode reform.
