生物制药虚拟仿真实验教学平台的建设与应用

摘　　要：依托中国药科大学国家级生物制药实验教学示范中心的建设,遵循虚实结合的实验教学原则构建了生物制药虚拟仿真实验教学平台。该平台由微生物虚拟教学模块、生物技术虚拟教学模块和生物工程虚拟教学模块组成,通过数码互动、动画及视频等形式,能够非常形象、生动、直观地将实验技能传授给学生,有效地解决实验操作不规范、互动较少以及课堂教学内容有限等问题,明显提高了实验教学的效果和质量。By relying on the construction of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Biologic Pharmacy in China Pharmaceutical University,and by adhering to the experimental teaching principle of virtual-real combination,a virtual simulation experimental platform for biologic pharmacy is constructed. This platform consists of a microbiologic virtual teaching module,a biotechnology virtual teaching module and a bioengineering virtual teaching module. Through the digital interaction, animation, video, etc., the experimental skills can be more visually,vividly and intuitively imparted to the students.This platform can effectively solve the problems such as the non-standard experimental operation,less interaction, limited classroom teaching content, etc., so that the effect and quality of experimental teaching are obviously improved.
