摘　　要：中国对日本软件服务外包产业日趋深化,胜任软件服务外包工作的BSE(Bridge System Engineer,俗称"桥梁系统工程师")人才匮乏,严重影响双方的业务沟通、商业习惯理解、品质管理、交付业务。BSE专门人才的质量与数量,成了行业健康发展的瓶颈。大学校园是培养和储备BSE的重要场所,长远规划、从专业日语、异文化素养育成、国际业务实训入手,研究并实施对BSE人才的培养,以积极推动软件服务外包产业的健康发展。China deepening of Japanese software service outsourcing, software service outsourcing for BSE （Bridge System Engineer） talent shortage, seriously affect the habits of business communication, business mutual understanding, quality management, service delivery. The quality and quantity of BSE professionals have become the bottleneck of the healthy development of the industry. The university campus is an important place to train and reserve BSE, starting from the long-term planning, professional and culture in Japan, raising international business training, the implementation of BSE research and training talents, to actively promote the development of software service outsourcing industry.
