摘  要:随着信息技术的发展,微课作为一种新的教学形式应运而生,为推进高校体育教学改革提供了新的思路和方法。本文以微课引入体育教学为研究对象,采用专家访谈法和文献资料等方法,以引体向上教学为例,详细探讨了微课教学设计的过程,在MOOC思想下,高校体育教师要创新教学模式,增强体育教学的魅力性、特色性和实效性,让学生有了独立自主学习空间和时间,促进高校体育的专业化发展,带动高校体育工作整体水平的提高。With the development of information technology, micro -coursecame into being as a new form of teaching, which provides new thinking and methods to promote the reform of college physical education. This paper introduces micro -class teaching as the object of study. By using expert interviews and literature materials and other methods, taking pull - up teaching as an example, it makes a detailed study on the process of micro - course teaching design. Guided by MOOC thinking, college sports teachers should innovative teaching Modes, enhance the charm,characteristics and effectiveness of physical education, as well as offer students with morespace and time for independent learning, in order to promote the professional development of college sports, as well as the overall college sports improvement.
