中美精英大学教师教学发展组织的比较研究

摘　　要：中美精英大学教师教学发展组织在内部结构、人员和职能三方面既有同也存异,总体而言,由于成立时间和方式、组织理念和背景的不一致,导致两国教师教学发展组织的异远大于同。因而,可以归纳出两国三个截然相反的组织特征,即我国的趋同性与美国的多样性,我国的行政性与美国的学术性,我国的仿效性与美国的原创性。Comparison of teaching development organization between America and China, there are both differences and similarities in the internal structure、 personnel and functions.Due to the inconsistent set up time and manner, the organization concept and background, result in difference which is far greater than the same.Therefore, we can conclude the three diametrically opposed organizational characteristics of the two countries： the convergence in China and the diversity of in the United States, the administration in China and the academic nature in the United States, the imitation in China and the originality in the United states.
