摘  要:20世纪90年代以来,随着英国博士在学术界之外就业范围的扩大,要求博士教育不仅要重视学术训练,还应加入可转移技能训练。2002年英国政府发布的《罗伯茨报告》提出可转移技能训练融入博士教育并为之提供经费资助的建议。此后英国研究理事会投入约1亿2000万英镑的特别资金,支持博士培养机构为博士生提供可转移技能训练,即"罗伯茨资助"。"罗伯茨资助"扩大了博士生可转移技能训练范围,提高了博士生的学业完成率,促进了博士自身的发展,为英国博士教育赢得了国际声誉。英国博士教育中的可转移技能训练对我国博士教育发展具有一定的启示。Since 1990s with the expansion of Ph D students' employment range outside of the academic community in UK, it has put forward new requirements on doctoral education including not only the emphasis on the academic skills training but also integrating transferable skills training. In 2002, the Roberts Report issued by the British government which has put forward suggestions for integrating the training of transferable skills in doctoral education and providing financial support for it. Since then, the British Research Council has invested about 120 million pounds of special funds to support doctoral institutions to provide transferable skills training for doctoral students, namely "Roberts Funding". "Roberts Funding" has expanded the doctoral transferable skills training, improved the completion rate of doctoral studies and promoted doctoral students oneself-development.Further more, it has won international reputation for British doctoral education. The transferable skills training in British doctoral education has some implications for the development of doctoral education in China.
