摘 要:基于长时停工隧道衬砌结构质量评价中通常存在的定性描述和定量转化问题,引入一种基于云模型理论的长时停工隧道衬砌结构质量评价方法。根据长时停工隧道衬砌结构的特点,选取锚杆数量和衬砌厚度等20项评价指标,建立了长时停工隧道衬砌结构质量分级的评价模型;通过正向正态云发生器生成对应的云模型参数,再结合各评价因子的权重,获得云模型的综合确定度,最后利用最大隶属度原则确定长时停工隧道衬砌结构质量状态等级;将该模型应用于某一长时停工隧道工程实际,评定了该隧道衬砌结构的质量状态等级。结果表明,该方法不仅能给出长时停工隧道衬砌结构的质量等级,还能客观反映长时停工隧道衬砌结构中各因素的合格情况。The present paper is to make a quality degrading evaluation for the lining structure of the longtime shutdown underground tunnels based on a cloud model. With regard to the various quantitative description and qualitative transformation problems which ever exist in the process of safety evaluation for the quality of lining structure of longtime shutdown tunnels,we begin to work out and develop a safety evaluation method for such liningstructure quality of longtime shutdown tunnels based on the cloud model theory. As compared with other similar methods,the present method turns to be more convenient to quantify all the qualitative indicators and clarify all kinds of fuzziness and randomness of the quality state level of the tunnel with all the influential factors turning to be favorable and more accurate evaluation results.Therefore,we have chosen 20 evaluation indexes( e. g. the anchor bolt number and lining thickness) through analysis of the characteristic features of the lining structure in the longtime shutdown tunnel and established an evaluation model based on the cloud model theory. As a result,we have generated corresponding cloud model parameters by using a normal cloud generator. Taking into account all the weights of each factor,we have gained all the comprehensive degrees of certainty,and further identified and particularized the quality of lining structure of such tunnels in accordance with the maximum membership degree principle. Thus,with the case of the longtime forsaken tunnel as a case study sample,we have successfully assessed the comprehensive quality rating for the lining structure in the tunnel,whose quality level has been graded as 1A to 2A with the major influential factors for the quality degradation being as follows: the steel corrosion,the degradation of the lining thickness,the lining strength,the concrete cavity,anchor bolt number,and so on.
