摘 要:目的研究递进式教学方法对感染性疾病科护理教学效果的影响。方法选择于我院进行临床实践学习的护生60名,所有护生采用递进式教学模式,对护生实行递进式教学前后进行调查,比较教学前后护生担忧情况变化,评价教学效果并记录护生对教学的满意情况。结果教学结束后,护生入科前调查表中除担心出现医疗事故以外,其他各项担忧情况均得到明显改善(P<0.05),护生对感染性疾病科知识以及常见操作的掌握为91.67%,对传染性疾病的防护掌握为93.33%,对感染性疾病科室工作认知掌握96.67%,护生对此次教学的满意度为91.67%。结论递进式教学方法能有效提高护生对感染性疾病科专业知识的掌握水平,护生满意度高,值得在临床护理教学中推荐。Objective 60 nursing students who were studying clinical practice in our hospital were selected and taught with progressive teaching mode, they were investigated before and after the progressive teaching, anxiety changes in nursing students before and after teaching were compared, the teaching effect was evaluated and the satisfaction of nursing students to teaching was recorded. Results At the end of the course, all the other worries were improved(P〈0.05) except for fear of medical malpractice, knowledge of infectious diseases and the common operations of nursing students were 91.67%, protection against infectious diseases was 93.33%, grasp the work cognition of infectious diseases department was 96.67%, the satisfaction degree of nursing students was 91.67%. Conclusion The progressive teaching method can effectively improve the level of professional knowledge of infectious diseases for nursing students, and the satisfaction of nursing students is high. It is worth recommending in clinical nursing teaching.
