微信平台联合CBL教学模式在五年制医学生皮肤性病学见习教学中的应用

摘　　要：皮肤性病学是一门形态学特别强的学科,其病种繁多,临床表现异常复杂。CBL教学法是根据教学目标选择临床病例,以教师为主导,以学生为主体,让学生思考、分析、讨论,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力。微信平台以互联网络为媒介,可随时随地发送文本、图片、语音和视频信息,并支持实时对讲、多人群聊、视频通讯的新型社交平台。为了提高5年制医学生的皮肤性病学临床见习的教学质量,本文采用了微信平台结合CBL教学法,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力,扩大学生学习的范围、深度和广度,提高了临床见习效果。Skin and venereal disease is a special subject with strong morphology. It has many diseases and complicated clinical manifestations. CBL teaching method is based on teaching objectives, select clinical cases, teachers led, students as the main body, so that make students think, analyze and discuss, improve students＇ ability to analyze and solve problems. WeChat platform takes the internet as the media, anytime, anywhere to send text, pictures, voice and video information, and support real-time intercom, multi population chat, video communications new social platform. In order to improve the quality of teaching noviciate of dermatology for 5 year medical students, this paper uses the WeChat platform combined with CBL teaching method, arouse students＇ interest in learning, enhance students＇ discovery, analysis and problem solving ability, expand the scope of student learning, depth and breadth, improve the effect of clinical practice.
