50例早期乳腺癌保乳手术加前哨淋巴结活检临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析早期乳腺癌保乳手术加前哨淋巴结活检临床效果。方法筛选2012年1月—2016年12月收治的乳腺癌采用保乳手术治疗的50例患者为本次研究组,采用根治手术治疗的50例患者为对照组。对两组患者进行3个月的跟踪随访,进行术后乳房满意度的调查。结果研究组患者的外观满意度为94%,较比对照组患者的80%满意度,具有显著的提高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论早期乳腺癌保乳手术的实施有效的缩短患者手术操作时间,同时患者对乳房外观的满意度提高。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of breast conserving and sentinel lymph node biopsy in primary breast cancer. Methods A total of 50 breast cancer patients treated with breast conserving surgery from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as the study group, 50 patients treated with radical surgery were the control group. Two groups of patients were monitored for 3 months to investigate the satisfaction of breast after operation. Results Patients in the study group, the appearance of satisfaction was 94%, opposed to 80% of control patients satisfaction had improved significantly, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Early breast cancer breast conserving surgery effectively shortens the patient＇s operation time and improves patient satisfaction with breast appearance.
