摘　　要：描述了医疗伦理咨询的概念，分析了在我国建立医疗伦理咨询体系的必要性。通过回顾国际医疗伦理咨询体系的发展过程，结合我国医疗实际，提出了建立我国医疗伦理咨询体系的具体建议，并重点讨论了建立我国器官捐献伦理咨询体系的相关问题。This paper, on top of its introduction of the concept of medical ethics counseling, analyzed the necessity of establishing a medical ethics consultation system in China. By reviewing the development of the medical ethics counseling system in other countries, the authors, in view of China＇s medical practice, put forward specific recommendations on establishing a medical ethics counseling system in China. Issues on the construction of organ donation ethics counseling system in China were also discussed in focus.
