基于校企合作的体育健身服务人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：从体育健身娱乐经营单位对体育专业人才需求状况(知识储备、能力、素质)来看,普通高校体育院系在专业设置、人才培养模式等方面与社会需求存在一定的差距。提出普通高校应调整传统的专业设置格局,根据社会需求设置专业及课程,建议通过校企合作的人才培养模式,注重培养学生实践能力。from the sports fitness entertainment business units for professional sports talents demand(knowledge reserve, ability, quality), the ordinary university sports departments in a professional setting, personnel training mode and the social requirements, there is a certain gap. Ordinary university should adjust the traditional pattern of professional Settings, sets up the disciplines according to the needs of society and the course, recommends university-enterprise cooperation mode of talent training, pay attention to training students' practical ability.
