摘  要:基于长尾理论,根据东盟孔子学院武术教师的现状,构想武术教师培养方法及途径,以此来扩展人才"尾部"。研究认为,当前东盟孔子学院面临着武术教师缺乏、绝大汉语教师武术才艺不精、武术教师的跨文化交际能力有限等问题,导致中国武术文化传播停滞不前。因此提出以下构想:尝试微课与反转教学,构建段位制的武术教学;建立教师培训网络,推行"双证"制度;推进中国与东盟合作办学,加强本土教师培养。In this paper, Based on the long tail theory, according to the present situation of the martial arts teachers in Kong Zi College of ASEAN, the training methods and approaches of Wushu teachers are conceived. Studies suggest that there exist some problems: the number of martial art teachers of Confucius Institute in ASEAN is lack, the talent of vast Chinese martial arts teacher is not fine, their intercultural communicative ability is limited. As a result, the spread of Chinese Wushu Culture is stagnant. Therefore proposed the following ideas: trying to attend micro class and reversal teaching, teaching construction of Wushu Duan system; establishing teacher training network, the implementation of the 'double certificate' system; promoting China and ASEAN cooperation in running schools, strengthening the cultivation of local teachers.
