我国中、小学生动作协调能力测试方法与评定标准研究

摘　　要：动作协调能力对中、小学生运动潜能开发,以及运动能力的获得,具有重要作用。本研究设计了双手交替拉绳、连续转换体位以及往返横跨测试来反映此能力,同时研发了各自自动化测试仪器,并构建了其评定标准。经实践应用检验,这些测试方法、仪器、评定标准具有较好的适用性。建议将动作协调能力测试纳入《国家学生体质健康标准》测试中。The coordination ability plays an important role in developing movement potential and sport skills.This study designs three tests which named Continuous Rope Pulling,Continuous Conversion and Transversal Across to reflect this ability,exploits their own automated test instrument,structures their evaluation standards.Checked by practical application,the test methods,instruments,evaluation standards are applicable.This study suggests that the coordination ability test should be included in the National Student Physical Health Standard.
