摘　　要：介绍木片干洗的生产工艺流程及其主要设备和工作原理。根据木片干洗生产工艺,介绍木片干洗控制系统的硬件配置和软件情况,叙述STEP 7程序编写思路,并给出主程序流程图和子程序流程图。最后介绍了DP总线通讯和上位机软件。This paper described the chip cleaning production technology process, the main equipment and its operating principle. The authors also introduced in this paper the hardware configure and the software condition of the chip cleaning control system. Also described was the STEP 7 program＇s editorial thoughts, the main program flow chart, and subroutine flow chart. Lastly, this paper referd to the DP bus communication and upper computer software.
