人格特质、攻击性倾向、抑郁和焦虑对自杀意念影响的结构方程模型研究

摘　　要：目的采用结构方程模型探讨人格特质、攻击性倾向、抑郁、焦虑和自杀意念之间的关系。方法对分层整群随机抽样得到的2141名被试施测艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）、攻击问卷（AQ）、健康问卷抑郁量表（PHQ-9）、广泛性焦虑量表（GAD-7）和贝克抑郁问卷（BDI-13）。结果EPQ中。精神质、内外倾和神经质的得分分别为（40．00±5．84）分、（59．84±7．02）分和（36．63±6．41）分；AQ中．身体攻击性、言语攻击性、愤怒、敌意、指向自我攻击性的得分分别为（32．41±5．15）分、（30．43±7．24）分、（34．39±6．09）分、（34．34±4．88）分和（23．69±3．80）分；PHQ-9的得分中位数为5分，四分位数间距为6分；GAD-7的得分中位数为4分，四分位数间距为5分。Spearman相关分析发现，自杀意念与各测量指标均相关（r=-0．16～0．34，P〈0．01）。攻击性倾向和抑郁直接影响自杀意念（直接效应值为0．27、0．24），且攻击性倾向通过焦虑间接影响自杀意念（间接效应值为0．02）；人格特质通过攻击性倾向、焦虑、抑郁间接影响自杀意念（间接效应值为0．40）；焦虑通过抑郁间接影响自杀意念（间接效应值为0．13）。结论人格特质、攻击性倾向、抑郁和焦虑能影响自杀意念，但各因素的作用机制存在差异。Objective To explore-the relationship among personality traits, aggression, depression, anxiety and suicide ideation by developing a structural equation model. Methods A total of 2 141 partici- pants derived from a stratified random cluster sampling were investigated with Eysenck personality question- naire （ EPQ ）, aggression questionnaire （ AQ ）, patient health questionnaire depression scale （ PHQ-9 ） , gener- alized anxiety disorder scale （GAD-7） and Beck depression inventory （BDI-13）. Results In EPQ, the scores of neurolicism,extroversion and psyehotieism were （40.00±5.84） , （59.84±7.02） and （ 36.63±6.41 ） respectively. In AQ, the scores of physical aggression, verbal aggression and anger were （32.41 ±5.15 ）, （30.43±7.24） ,and （34.39±6.09） respectively. The median scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 were 5 and 6,and the inter-quartile range were 4 and 5. The suicide ideation was correlated with measurement indicator respec- tively（r=-0.19-0.40,P〈0.01 ）. Aggression and depression directly affected suicide ideation（ direct effect was 0.27,0.24 respectively） and aggression indirectly affected suicide ideation trough anxiety（ indirect effect was 0.02）. Personality traits indirectly affected suicide ideation through aggression, anxiety and depression （ indirect effect was 0.40）. Anxiety indirectly affected suicide ideation through depression（ indirect effect was 0.13）. Conclusion Personality traits, aggression, anxiety and depression affect suicide ideation, and these factors have different effecting mechanism.
