摘　　要：目的了解某高校教职工身体健康状况,发现存在的问题,为进一步采取防治措施提供科学依据。方法分析该校2014—2016年体检结果,找出患病率较高的疾病种类,分析其年度变化趋势和性别差异。结果检出率居于前4位的是血脂异常、乳腺增生、肥胖、脂肪肝;检出率最高的年龄阶段是40~49岁;男性的肥胖、尿酸增高、心血管等疾病患病率均高于女性。结论加强该校教职工健康教育,采取针对性防治,提高自身的生存质量。Objective To understand the health conditions of staff of a local university and find out problems, so as to provide the evidence for developing appropriate control measures. Methods The health examination results from 2014 to 2016 were collected and analyzed to find the disease types with higher prevalence, the annual change trend, and gender differences. Results The top 4 diseases were dyslipidemia, hyperplasia of mammary glands, obesity, and fatty liver. The highest detection rates of diseases were found in the age grade of 40 to 49 years. The prevalence rates of obesity, uric acid increase and cardiovascular disease in the males were higher than those in the females. Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the health education, and carry out the targeted prevention and control measures so as to improve the quality of life of the staff.
