摘 要:目的探讨热处理对提高钛金属种植体表面成骨细胞活性的影响。方法实验组将钛金属在700℃下退火1小时,从而在其表面形成一层TiO_2生物活性层,对照组钛金属未经任何处理,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射观察表面形貌及表面成分分析,并在钛金属种植体表面培养MG63成骨样细胞,观察热处理对钛金属植入体表面形貌、成分及MG63细胞增殖生长的影响。结果经700℃退火处理后,钛金属种植体的表面形貌未改变;实验组表面形成的金红石晶相二氧化钛薄膜的厚度较对照组薄,种植体表面MG63成骨细胞的增殖数量多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用简单的热处理可以有效提高钛种植体的生物活性,提高其与基体骨组织的整合效率。Objective To determine the effect of heat-treating on the improvement of osteoblast activity on the surface of titanium implants. Method The experimental group were treated with annealing at 700℃ for 1 hour so as to form a layer of TiO2 bioactivity on the surface of the titanium implants. The control group were not subjected to heat treatment. The surface morphology and surface composition analysis were observed by scanning electron microscopy (sem) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The MG63 osteogenesis ceils were cultivated on the surface of titanium implants training sample. The surface morphology, composition and growth of MG63 cell proliferation were observed after heat treating on the titanium implants. Findings No change was found on the surface of the titanium implants morphology after treatment with annealing at 700~C. The formation of the red crystal phase of titanium dioxide thin film of the experimental group was thinner than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The MG63 osteoblasts proliferation on the surface of the experimental titanium planer wassignificantly more than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion The use of simple heat treatment can improve the bioactivity of the titanium planer and improve its integration with the matrix.
