摘　　要：胃癌是中国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率占各类恶性肿瘤的第3位,大多数患者初次就诊时已是晚期。晚期胃癌的临床预后差,病死率占所有癌种相关死亡的第3位。Lgr4属于G蛋白偶联受体家族,它是Wnt信号通路的靶基因,在胃癌和胃的非肿瘤组织间存在差异性表达。因Lgr4与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,故其可能作为胃癌患者的潜在预后因子及个体化药物治疗靶点。目前,关于Lgr4与胃癌关系的研究尚无定论,但随着基因科技的不断进步,相信Lgr4的研究会在胃癌的靶向治疗方面取得巨大突破。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. The incidence of gastric cancer is third among all kinds of malignant tumors. Most patients are already in the advanced stage on their first visit to the docotor. The prognosis of advanced gastric cancer is poor, and the fatality rate is the third of all cancer related deaths. Lgr4 belongs to the G protein coupled receptor family and is recently discovered that it is a target gene of Wnt signaling pathway, which is differentially expressed between gastric cancer and non-neoplastic tissues of the stomach. Because Lgr4 is closely related to the development and progression of gastric cancer,it may be a potential prognostic factor and a potential target for the individual drug therapy. At present, studies on the relationship between Lgr4 gene and gastric cancer is inconclusive, but with the continuous progress of gene technology ,it＇s believed that the study of Lgr4 gene will lead to a great breakthrough in the targeted treatment of gastric cancer.
