摘 要:调节性T细胞(Treg)及辅助性T细胞17(Th17)是CD+4T细胞的两个亚群,在维持人体自身免疫稳定和抗肿瘤免疫过程中起重要作用,是肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分,两者相互联系并在特定条件下相互转化。肝细胞癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率呈上升趋势。近年来,肝细胞癌的免疫治疗逐渐成为热点。肿瘤微环境成为肝细胞癌治疗的重要靶点。越来越多的证据表明,Treg细胞及Th17细胞通过多种机制参与肝细胞癌的形成和发展。随着研究深入,它将为肝细胞癌的免疫治疗提供新策略。Regulatory T cells( Treg cells) and Th17 cells are two subsets of CD4 T cells. They play crucial roles in the maintenance of immune homeostasis and the process of antitumor immunity, being important components of the tumor micro-environment, they are interrelated and interconvertible under certain conditions. Hepatoceilular carcinoma( HCC ) is one of the most common malignant tumors and its incidence is increasing. In recent years, the immune therapy of HCC has graduallybecome a hot research area. The tumor microenvironment has become an important target for HCC treatment. There is growing evidence suggesting that Treg and Thl7 cells participate in the formation and development of hepatoeellular carcinoma. With further research,it may provide a new strategy for the immunotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.
