摘　　要：新媒体时代,正确定位高校辅导员在网络舆情管理中的角色,从而更好地在思想上引领大学生具有重要意义。采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,针对辅导员网络舆情管理状况进行实证分析,通过角色反思为高校辅导员在网络舆情管理角色的正确定位提供建议:增强舆情预判分析能力,成为网络舆情信息的预警者;善于疏导不良情绪,做好网络舆情信息的把关人角色;采取多层分类互动方式,扮演网络舆情危机公关角色;重视心理干预,发挥网络舆情事件善后者作用;掌握舆论氛围引导技术,担任健康网络文化共建者角色。In the era of new media,it is of great significance for college counselors to locate the role of public opinion in the management of the network public opinion so as to guide college students better. In this paper, the authors use the methods of questionnaire and interview to analyze the situation of counselors＇ network public opinion management, and provide suggestions for the correct positioning of college counselors in the role of network public opinion management through role reflection. Firstly, enhance the ability to predict and analyze public opinion, and become the early warning of network public opinion information. Secondly, be good at eliminating bad mood, and closely examine the network public opinion information. I＂nirdly, take a multi-level interactive way to play the role of network public opinion crisis public relations. Fourthly, pay attention to psychological intervention, play the role of network public opinion event aftermath. Lastly, master the technology of guiding pub- lic opinion aunospbere,be co-creators of healthy network culture.
