摘　　要：目的探讨对伊立替康致延迟性腹泻的患者开展有效药学监护的方法。方法临床药师通过对症对因治疗及基因检测等方式,参与应用伊立替康化疗出现延迟性腹泻患者的治疗。结果在临床药师参与治疗下,患者均安全度过化疗期。结论药学监护可提高化疗药物治疗的安全性和有效性。Objective To investigate the method of pharmaceutical monitoring care for patients with delayed diarrhea induced by irinotecan.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of delayed diarrhea induced by irinotecan through symptomatic and etiological treatment and gene detection for the patient.Results With the participation of clinical pharmacists in the treatment,the patient safely passed the period of chemotherapy.Conclusion Effective pharmaceutical care may improve the safety and efficacy in chemotherapeutic drug treatment.
