摘　　要：抗抑郁药的剂量、血药浓度与抑郁症的临床治疗之间有密切关系。本文对新型抗抑郁药5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂SSRIs类的临床用量、血药浓度与抗抑郁疗效之间关系的研究进行综述,并对SSRIs类药物剂量、浓度与疗效的关系方面的成果和缺失进行总结。The dosage and blood concentration of antidepressants are closely related to the clinical treatment.This paper reviews the researches on the relationship between the clinical dosage and blood concentration of new anti-depressants-5-serotonin reuptake inhibitors（SSRIs） and anti-depressant effect,and summarizes the achievements and lack of it.
