集群创新网络协作机制对创新绩效的作用机理研究

摘　　要：使用结构方程分析法,对168家集群创新网络的样本企业进行实证分析,研究协作机制、资源配置与创新绩效的逻辑关系。结果表明,协作机制对资源获取与流程协同、资源获取对流程协同、资源获取与流程协同对创新绩效均存在明显的直接效应,资源获取与流程协同起中介作用,协作机制对创新绩效不存在直接效应。证明了在当前市场竞争日益激烈、企业发展所需资源受限的情境下,集群创新网络整体良好的协作机制有利于成员企业从网络中获取所需资源、促进成员企业的协同活动,从而提升创新绩效。By using structural equation analysis method, makes an empirical analysis on 168 enterprisesin cluster innovation network, studies the logical relations of cooperation mechanism, resource allocation and innovation performance. Research shows that cooperation mechanism on resource acquisition and process collaboration, resource acquisition on process collabo- ration, resource acquisition and process collaboration oninnovation performance have obvious direct effects. Resource acqui- sition and process collaboration play intermediary roles; cooperation mechanism has not direct effect on cooperation performance. It is proved that under the situation of the increasingly fierce market competition and the limited resources for enterprise development, a whole good cooperation mechanism of cluster innovation network can help members get what they need from the network, promote collaborative activities of member enterprises, so as to improve the innovation performance.
