辽宁地区1105例正常成人血铅检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解辽宁地区成人血铅水平现状。方法采集辽宁省14个城市正常体检人群1 105例,各项检查均正常,无铅接触史,年龄为19~52岁之间,采用原子吸收光谱法测定血铅。结果 1 105例血铅检测结果经统计学分析显示,男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根据各地检测结果,最终确定血铅平均范围值为36.87~40.03μg/ml之间,小于血铅标准值(100μg/ml)。1 105例中有35例占3.17%超出100μg/ml标准值,但均小于400μg/ml职业接触限值,总体在正常值范围内。结论沈阳与抚顺血铅高值人相对较其他城市较多,这与城市的工业化程度有很大关系,相对其他城市污染稍高。Objective To find out the current situation of blood lead level among adults in Liaoning. Methods To determine blood lead levels by atomic absorption spectrometry.1 105 samples from 14 cities in Liaoning were collected,aged between 19 and 52,without lead exposure history. Results By statistical analysis of the samples,no significant difference between men and women was observed.The average value of blood lead was determined to be 36.87-40.03 μg/ml,less than the standard value 100 μg/ml.Conclusion In 1 105 samples,35 samples（ 3.17%） exceeded the standard value 100 μg/ml.However,all the samples are less than the occupational exposure limit 400 μg/m L,within the normal range.
