护士核心能力与复杂性尿路结石患者术后护理满意度相关性研究

摘　　要：目的旨在分析护士核心能力和复杂性尿路结石患者术后护理满意度的相关性。方法选择注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)评估医院泌尿外科2014年1月至2016年1月期间48名在职护士的护士核心能力,选择住院患者护理工作满意度量表(SISNS)调查同时间段48名护士负责的529例行手术治疗复杂性尿路结石患者的术后护理满意度。Pearson相关分析护士核心能力和患者术后护理满意度的关系。结果护士临床护理、领导能力、人际关系、法律/伦理实践、专业发展、教学指导和评判性思维/研究才能均分别与健康教育及指导、个人特质与服务态度、服务质量、入院接待和出院指导呈正相关性,护士核心能力与患者护理满意度呈正相关性。结论护士核心能力与复杂性尿路结石患者术后护理满意度呈正相关,护士核心能力越强,患者术后护理满意度越高。Objective To examine the correlation between nurses＇core competence and satisfaction of postoperative nursing in patients with complicated urinary calculi.Methods A total of 48 nurses in the department of urology during January 2014-January 2016 were included in the present study.Their core competence was measured using the core competence scale of registered nurses（CIRN）.Meanwhile,a total of 529 patients with complicated urinary tract calculi treated by these nurses were included,either.Their satisfaction of postoperative nursing care was measured using inpatient satisfaction of nursing scale（SISNS）.We used Pearson correlation analysis to examine the relationship between nurses＇core competence and postoperative nursing satisfaction.Results The nurses＇clinical care,leadership,interpersonal relationship,legal/ethical practice,professional development,teaching guidance and critical thinking/research were positively related to health education and guidance,personal characteristics and service attitude,service quality,hospital reception and discharge guidance respectively.The nurses＇core competence was positively related to satisfaction in patients.Conclusion There was a positive correlation between the nurses＇core competence and satisfaction of postoperative nursing in patients with complicated urinary calculi.The higher the core competency of nurses,patients were more satisfied with postoperative nursing.
