摘　　要：目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-CEX)在重症监护室护士规范化培训中应用的可行性。方法通过教师培训、修改mini-CEX评估细则、严格执行评估流程,在重症监护室中使用mini-CEX对39名新护士进行临床带教和考核。结果同2015年相比,新护士护理操作技能和行为规范成绩的合格率由87.3%提升至98.7%,护理质量控制测评平均得分由89.2提升至96.4。结论 mini-CEX提升了重症监护室新护士的综合素质和临床护理质量,是有效的护理临床教学和评估工具,适合应用于重症监护室的新护士规范化培训。Objective To examine the feasibility of the mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise（mini-CEX） in nurses＇ standardized training in the intensive care unit（ICU）. Methods Based on training coaches and developing detailed contents, the mini-CEX was strictly implemented on 39 new nurses in the ICU. Results The qualified rate of professional nursing skills and behavior increased from 87.3% in 2015 to 98.7% in 2016. The nursing quality scores increased from 89.2 to 96.4, either. Conclusion The mini-CEX has been proved to be effective to improve new nurses＇ comprehensive job competence in the present study. It can be further promoted as a part of clinical training in the ICU.
