摘　　要：建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为现代建筑领域的一项新技术革命,为工程管理类课程实验教学改革提供了契机。通过分析国内外主要高等学校教学过程中BIM技术的应用现状,提出了构建工程管理类综合实验虚拟教学平台的框架结构,并根据其不同模块的专项功能,开发出多门实验课程设计,从而打破了传统课堂知识灌输的教学模式,是对传统实验教学模式的创新性变革。BIM综合实验教学平台的建设和多门实验课程的开发,有利于提高学生综合素质和创新能力,也利于提高实验室的综合利用效率,使学生对工程管理类课程知识有较为系统、全面的认识。教学实践表明,运用这一平台具有较好的实验教学效果。The development of building information modeling（ BIM） is a new technological revolution in the field of modern construction,and provides an opportunity for the teaching reform of construction management. In this paper,we put forward a framework which establishes the virtual teaching platform of comprehensive experiment for construction management based on analyzing the application of BIM technology in the college teaching process,and developed several experimental curriculums by means of the special functions of the different modules. It is an innovation of the traditional experimental teaching mode. The utilization of BIM comprehensive experimental teaching platform will improve the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of students,and increase the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the laboratory. The teaching practice shows that the use of this platform has a good effect in the experimental teaching.
