摘　　要：通过对国外相关文献的梳理,以工业遗产的实践类型为切入点,从博览建筑、景观公园、旅游开发、文化创意产业、区域综合开发5个方面分别阐述国外工业遗产保护和利用的理论研究现状,把握各类型的研究视角与侧重方面,探讨各类型改造的相关技术路线与经验意义,进而探寻实践与研究的趋势和思路,提出历史文化价值的延续、低碳可持续的改造、以及对其空间使用者的行为心理需求的关注是未来工业遗产保护与再利用的发展方向。By sorting out the related foreign research literatures,according to types of transformation practice,the paper investigated the current situation of foreign theoretical researches on the protection and reuse of foreign industrial heritage from five aspects of exhibition architecture,landscape park,tourism development,cultural creative industry and regional comprehensive development. Then the research perspectives and emphasis of each type were studied,while the related techniques and experience were also concluded. Finally the trend of practice and research were discussed,the paper put forward that continuation of historical and cultural value,sustainable transformation with low carbon,and more attention on behavior and mental requirements of space users would be the directions of development.
