新型城镇化视角下的县域高等教育体系研究

摘　　要：本文从新型城镇化视角对当前我国高等教育体系存在的结构性矛盾进行分析,提出加快发展县域高等教育、助推县域城镇化建议,探讨了构建县域高等教育体系的必要性、目的和原则,针对当前县域高等教育创新发展的四种主要模式,对新型城镇化视角下如何构建县域高等教育体系,形成"人才培养+项目支撑+成果奖励"产学研联动效应,提出管理体制、运行机制方面的具体策略建议。This paper analyzes the structural contradictions existing in China＇s higher education system from the perspective of new urbanization, puts forward the suggestions of accelerating the development of county higher education, discusses the necessity, purpose and principle of county higher education system construction, summarizes the main mode of current innovation development of county higher education, suggests the specific strategy recommendations of management system and operational mechanism of how to construct the higher the education system and forming ＂ professional training ＋ project support ＋ achievement reward＂ interactive effect of production and research from the perspective of new urbanization.
