摘  要:为了消除或减小水锤压力对泵输水系统的影响,提出了一种新的水锤防护设备——改进型旁通管,并对其瞬变控制效果进行数值模拟研究,研究结果表明:当水泵事故停泵后,泵后止回阀快速关闭防止水流倒流,同时改进型旁通管按照预设的启闭程序动作,可以达到泄放系统高压消除水锤的目的.文中以特征线方法为基础对改进型旁通管边界条件数学模型进行完善.其次以完善后的边界条件数学模型为基础,对某泵站输水系统事故停泵的水力过渡过程进行数值模拟计算.最后通过6个方案对影响改进型旁通管控制瞬变压力效果的关键参数(改进型旁通管的直径d,长度l和改进型旁通管中液控阀的启闭时间t1,t2,t3,t4)进行敏感性分析研究.研究结果表明:选择合适参数的改进型旁通管能够将输水系统中的瞬变压力控制在合理范围.A new water hammer prevention equipment, i.e. improved bypass pipe (IBP), was pro- posed in literature by the present authors and its transient pressure control effect was studied by using numerical simulation. The results show that fast closure of a check valve in the pump discharge pipe can prevent the pump from water backflow when power failure occurs, at the same time, the IBP ope- rates according to a predefined on/off procedure to release high pressure of the pipe system and elimi- nate surges caused from the water hammer. In this paper, at first, mathematical model of the boundary conditions for an IBP were updated based on the method of characteristics. Secondly, based on the up- dated model, the transient process in a water supply pump system is simulated numerically. Finally, the sensitivity of key parameters, namely, bypass pipe diameter d , length l , and valve opening and closing time constants t1 , t2, t3 and t4, on effect of transient pressure control is analyzed. The results show that a set of properly chosen key parameters for an IBP can allow the transient pressure to be con- trolled at a reasonable low level.
