天然药物对胃癌新生血管微环境影响的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,许多由中国草药分离出的天然药物,被发现具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和抑制肿瘤血管生成的功能。总结了一些天然药物对胃癌抗血管生成的作用及相关机制的研究进展,包括黄芪皂苷、β-榄香烯、乌骨藤提取物、羟基红花黄色素、紫草素、三氧化二砷、人参皂苷。尤其是羟基红花黄色素色素,作为一种十分有效的抗血管生成药物,其抗血管生成的功能也是首次被发现用于胃癌。In recent years,a number of natural products isolated from Chinese herbs have been found to inhibit tumor proliferation,induce apoptosis of tumor cells and suppress tumor angiogenesis. This article summarizes recent advance on the anti-angiogenesis effects in gastric cancer and related mechanisms of natural products,including Astragalus saponins,β-elemene,Marsdenia tenacissima extract,Hydroxy safflower Yellow-A,Shikonin,Arsenic trioxide,Ginsenoside Rg3,which are isolated from Chinese medicinal herbs. In particular,the discovery of the new use of Hydroxy safflower Yellow-A as excellent anti-angiogenesis drug is also reviewed.
