摘 要:分析沈阳市制造业企业青年科技人才职业生涯管理内容中公平晋升、提供职业信息和培训支持三维度构成,得出不同性别、年龄、学历的青年科技人才职业生涯管理水平存在显著差异差异显著,职业生涯管理水平及各维度均可正向影响企业创新绩效的结论。提出适应期关注成长与融入,实现岗位配置与社会化;积累期助力自我提升与发展,加强经验积累和反馈;成熟期提供畅通晋升通道,推动资源共享与传播的管理实施建议。This paper analyzes the three-dimensional composition of the contents of the career management of young scientific and technological talents in Shenyang manufacturing enterprises: fair promotion, provision of professional information and training support. It is concluded that there are significant differences in the level of career management of young talents with different gender, age and education, and the level of career management and all dimensions can positively affect the innovation performance of enterprises. Some management implementation recommendations are proposed: concerned about the growth and integration, to achieve job placement and socialization in the adaptation period; helping self-promotion and development, to strengthen the accumulation of experience and feedback in the accumulation period; providing smooth promotion channel, to promote the sharing and dissemination of resources in the mature period.
