摘 要:针对奶粉中的钙元素的测定方法进行研究.试验采用干法消化和湿法消解两种前处理方法,消解后分别采用原子吸收法和等离子发射光谱法进行测定,比较了两种前处理方法以及两种测定方法在奶粉中钙元素测定时的差异.结果表明:两种前处理方法没有显著性差异,但是湿法消解精确度要高于干法消化.等离子发射光谱法的偏差、相对误差都小于原子吸收法.湿法消解-等离子发射光谱精密度、准确度较好,适用于奶粉以及其他食品中钙元素的测定.The method for determination of the calcium in milk powder was studied. The experiment was carried out by the pretreatment methods of dry digestion and wet digestion, then the methods of atomic absorption spectrometry and plasma emission spectroscopy were adopted; the differences between the two pretreatment methods and the two methods of determination of calcium in milk powder were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two pretreatment methods, but the accuracy of wet digestion was higher than that of dry digestion. The deviation and relative error of plasma emission spectroscopy were less than that of atomic absorption spectrometry. The degree of precision and accuracy of wet digestion-plasma emission spectrometry is good; it is suitable for milk powder and other foods in the determination of calcium.
