摘 要:目的:探讨病例模拟系统联合PBL教学方法在麻醉实习教学中的应用。方法:对某校麻醉学专业本科2011级学生进入麻醉科实习过程中施行不同教学方法。60名学生随机分为PBL组(P组)和PLB联合病例模拟系统组(C组),每组30人,对P组学生施行PBL教学方法,C组学生施行模拟系统联合PBL教学方法;实习结束后对两组学生进行理论知识考核、操作能力考核、病例分析考核,对教学效果进行匿名问卷调查,包括教学方法对学习兴趣、临床思维能力、沟通能力等的影响。结果:C组学生的理论知识测试成绩高于P组(P<0.05),病例分析成绩高于P组(P<0.05),学习兴趣更高,临床思维分析能力及沟通能力更强(P<0.05)。结论:病例模拟系统联合PBL教学法可促进麻醉实习学生更好掌握麻醉知识、提高学习兴趣,更有助于培养临床思维分析能力。Objective: To evaluate the application of PBL combined with cases based Soft Anesthesia Simulator in anesthesiology clinical probation teaching. Methods:The students of grade 2011 on anesthesia specialty in our university were applied with two teaching methods. 60 students were randomly divided into PBL group(group P, n=30) and PBL combined with cases based Soft Anesthesia Simulator group(group C, n=30). Group P were applied PBL method. Students of group C were given Soft Anesthesia Simulator training except PBL. The teaching effect was assessed by written examination, practice exam and questionnaire survey. Results: The students of group C had better test scores in written examination ( P〈 0.05 ) . Questionnaire result showed students of group C had more interests in anesthesiology learning and were more satisfied with the practice teaching method(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: In anesthesiology clinical probation teaching, the method of PBL combined with cases based Soft Anesthesia Simulator can promote knowledge acquisition and improve the clinical ability on thinking and analysis.
