摘  要:目的:改革护理教学模式,提高护理教学成效,培养实用型临床护理人才。方法:比较传统护理实验教学模式和典型案例引导的自我导向学习与情景模拟相结合实验教学模式的教学效果。结果:自我导向学习与情景模拟相结合实验教学新模式,激发了学生的学习主动性,培养了学生发现和解决问题的能力、组织协调能力、随机应变能力以及与他人沟通能力。结论:自我导向学习与情景模拟相结合的实验教学新模式,教学成果显著,值得推广。Objective:To improve the quality of nursing teaching and cultivate practical clinical nursing talen ts by reforming the nursing teaching mode.Methods: comparison was made between traditional methods of nursing experimental teaching mode and case teaching induced self-oriented learning combined with scenario simulation experimental teaching mode.Result: Self-oriented learning and scenario simulation combined with a new model of experimental teaching, which stimulates students' learning Initiative and develops students' abilities,including finding and solving problems,organizational coordination,adapting and communicating with others.Conclusion:Self- oriented learning and scenario simulation combined with the new experimental teaching model,teaching achievement is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion.
