微笑美学对口腔正畸的临床指导

摘　　要：目的:对美貌微笑人群的微笑指标进行定量分析,以期为正畸临床动态微笑美学的评价和治疗提供依据。方法:对所选正畸患者进行电子问卷调查,将调查后所得样本照片扫描输入计算机,采用专门设计的测量软件测量计算各项美观指标。结果:男女迷人微笑图的相关测量指标均与切牙暴露量、笑弧一致性成正相关(P<0.05),与露龈量、颊旁间隙、上切牙与下唇间距成负相关(P<0.05)。结论:唇齿龈及口角的相对位置对笑容的美观有显著影响,正畸过程中应注意调控。Objective： Tomeasure and analyse smile index for quantitative in the beauty people and provide a criterion for evaluation of smile aesthetical characteristics. Methods： The selected orthodontic patients were investigated by the electronic questionnaire, and the photos of the samples were scanned into the computer, and the aesthetic indexes were measured and calculated by the special designed measuring software. Results： The scores had a positive correlation with the amount of incisor exposure and the smile are （ P〈0.05 ）, but had a negative correlation with the amount of gingival display, The buecal corridor fill, the horizontal inclination of maxillary ocelusal plate and the distance from lower lip to maxillary incisor [ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions： The relative positions of lips, teeth and gingiva have a significant influence on smile esthetics, Orthodontists should create consonant and channing smiles with proper bracket positioning.
