血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌临床诊断中的价值评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌临床诊断中的价值。方法:选取我院同期收治的30例肺癌患者、30例肺部良性病变患者和30例健康体检者作为作为对象进行研究,采用电化学发光法和免疫学方法对癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA19-9)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)四种血清肿瘤标志物指标进行观察。结果:肺癌组患者CEA、CA19-9、CYFRA21-1和NSE阳性率明显高于良性病变组和健康组(P<0.05);良性病变组和健康组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);四项血清肿瘤标志物联合检测的灵敏度和特异度明显高于四项血清肿瘤标志物单独检测灵敏度和特异度(P<0.05)。结论:血清肿瘤标志物联合检测能够准确诊断出肺癌病变,有助于提高早期肺癌诊断的准确性。Objective： To investigate the value＇of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods： Selected in our hospital 30 cases of patients with lung cancer, 30 patients with benign lung disease and 30 healthy subjects as the study object, the electrochemical luminescence method and immunological methods of carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） and carbohydrate antigen （CA19 -9） and cytokeratin 19 fragment （CYFRA21-1） and neuron specific enolase （NSE） of four serum tumor markers were obseived. Results： The lung cancer group were CEA, CA19-9, CYFRA21-1 and NSE positive rate was significantly higher than that in the benign group and healthy group （P〈0.05）; benign disease group and healthy group was not significant （P 〉 0.05）; four tumor markers in serum the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection was significantly higher than that of four serum tumor markers alone detection sensitivity and specificity （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combined detection of serum tumor markers can accurately diagnose lung cancer lesions, which is helpful to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of lung cancer..
