摘  要:北京矿冶研究总院研发的工艺矿物学自动测试系统BPMA是一种通过API控制扫描电镜和能谱自动运行的自动电镜能谱系统。该系统通过背散射电子图像处理技术实现矿物分相,通过矿物实测能谱与矿物理论合成能谱模式匹配识别矿物,通过图像分析技术自动获得矿物量、目标矿物解离度、目标矿物粒度分布、目标元素赋存状态等各种工艺矿物学参数。此系统已开发两台样机。其中,在某黄金精炼厂的应用表明,样品中目标矿物解离完全,矿浆氯离子含量高、氰化浸出时间长、矿石磨矿粒度细、三价铁离子的浓集等因素造成矿浆中硫化矿物被氧化程度增强,矿浆中生成硫酸铅、碳酸铅、铅铁矾、氢氧化铁、硫酸钙等物质形成膜包裹在矿物表面影响目标矿物的回收;氰化流程中存在难浸银矿物、银黝铜矿表面形成硫酸铅膜、银在硫化物表面独立或与硫酸铅共沉淀析出造成银回收率低。Beijing general research institute of Mining and Metallurgy has developed the Bgrimm process mineralogy analyzing system(BPMA), it is an auto-SEM and EDS system auto controlled via the Application Program Interface(API), it seperates mineral phase by processing the back scattered electron image, it identifies minerals by matching the tested mineral energy dispersive spectrums with the theoretical synthesized ones, and it can give the mineral mass percentage, liberation of target minerals, mineral grain size distribution, element behavior and various other process mineralogy parameters automatically. Two systems have been developed, the application result shows that owing to the high Cl-concentration, long cyanide leaching time,the very fine grinding particle size and the Fe^(3+) condense somewhere in the gold refinery flow sheet causing the highly oxidation of the sulfide minerals in the pulp, and the lead sulfate, lead carbonate, lead ferric sulfate, ferric hydroxide and calcium sulfate were formed and precipitated on the sulfide minerals as surface coating film to affect the recovery the target elements. The refractory silver bearing minerals, the lead sulfate and lead carbonate film formed on the freibergite grains and the precipitation of silver sulfide and the co precipitation of silver sulfide with lead sulfate cause the low silver recovery.
