摘  要:为了解崇明白山羊在不同饲养条件下的生长发育及肉质情况,对舍饲圈养和半舍饲半放牧模式下崇明白山羊的生长性状及肉质性状进行研究,并首次揭示了崇明白山羊羊肉氨基酸的组成成分及含量。结果表明:除宰前活重、肉色L、肉色a和肉色b等性状在两种不同养殖模式山羊中存在显著差异外,其余各性状均差异不显著。其中,半舍饲半放牧下羊的宰前活重显著高于舍饲圈养组,肉色L、肉色a和肉色b值均高于舍饲圈养组,而两种不同养殖模式下的山羊氨基酸组成及含量、必需氨基酸和总氨基酸等均无显著差异。The effect of different feeding patterns on growth and meat quality traits of Chongming white goat was not clear, this study was performed to investigate the effect of barn-fattening and half-barn-grazing patterns on growth and meat quality traits of Chongming white goat. The amino acid composition and contents of Chongming white goat meat were tested for the first time. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the two feeding patterns for all traits, except the last live weight, meat color L value, a value and b value traits. The last live weights of half-barn-grazing pattern goats were significantly higher than barn-fattening model, and the meat color value L, a and b were higher than barn-fattening model goats. The amino acid composition and contents, essential amino acid and total amino acid were also tested, and there were no significant differences between the two feeding pattems.
