摘 要:D乳酸作为一种重要的有机酸,在许多领域都得到了广泛应用,以D-乳酸为单体合成的聚乳酸材料因其优异的性能亦展现出良好的市场前景。而微生物发酵法合成D-乳酸在经济效益和环境效益等方面具有着显著的优势。综述了生物法制备D乳酸的最新进展,同时指出高产稳定菌株的获得以及与其性能适应的发酵工艺的开发,是提高发酵法D乳酸生产竞争力的关键所在。As an important organic acid,D-lactic acid is widely used in a lot of fields. PLA materials which are synthesized from D-lactic acid also show good market prospects because of their excellent performance. Synthesizing D-lactic acid via the biological way has significant advantages, such as good economic benefit and good environmental benefit. In this paper, the latest development of biological production of D-lactic acid was introduced.It's pointed that obtaining high yield and stable strains and developing corresponding fermentation process is the key point to improve the competitiveness of D-lactic acid production by biological method.
