正交设计优化西青果中没食子酸的提取工艺

摘　　要：目的建立西青果没食子酸的最佳提取工艺。方法以西青果提取液中没食子酸含量为考察指标,通过正交试验优选出最佳提取条件。结果最佳工艺为加水10倍量,提取3次,每次2 h。结论该提取工艺稳定合理、快速简单、生产成本较低。Objective The research aims at studying the optimum extraction technology of gallic acid from Terminalia Chebula. Methods The best extraction condition was screened by orthogonal experiment according to the content of gallic acid. Results The optimum was 10 times the amount of water,extracted three times,each time 2 h. Conclusion The extraction process is stable,reasonable,fast and simple with low cost of production.
